You can schedule a tour of our apartments by calling our main office or filling out the contact form on our website. Our leasing agents will be happy to show you around and answer any questions you may have.

To apply for an apartment, you will need to print and fill out an application form and provide proof of income. There is no application fee. You will need to agree to a background and credit check. Once your application is approved, you may be placed on a waiting list, depending on availability at the time you submit an application. At the time of moving in, you will need to sign a lease agreement and pay a security deposit (and pet deposit if applicable).  Application's may also be obtained by request through mail or one may be picked up at the main foyer, at 45 N West St.

Our apartments come with a variety of amenities, including but not limited to, full size refrigerator, abundant closet space, television antenna system, free WI-FI Internet, 24 Hour medical emergency monitoring. and more. Please see the Amenities page for further information

PIH’s Smoke-Free Public Housing Rule was finalized on December 5, 2016, and became effective February 3, 2017. All PHAs must comply with the rule and would have implemented smoke-free policies within 18 months of the effective date, no later than July 31, 2018. The elimination of second-hand smoke that can migrate between public housing units can be an important step towards improving the health of residents as well as reducing maintenance costs for PHAs.  Click here for more information on our no smoking policy.
